Oh Happy Day!!!!

So I'm a little behind on some celebrations.

First off.... HAPPY 21st BIRTHDAY AUNT KELSEY!!!! I guess since we celebrated when you were here it kinda pushed it to the back of my mind and I forgot to post it. So sorry.

Happy Father's Day.

Tonight Travis and I were talking about some people we know of that are getting seperated and it made me think of how Trav and I feel towards one another. We both decided that we have something that a lot of couples don't. We have never had a fight. We have never had to raise our voices at eachother. And we can always come to an agreement. He is the best dad to my kids. Tray looks forward everyday to when Travis comes home. He is usually waiting at the door to give him a huge hug too. And I know that Kinlee already has him wrapped around her finger.

Also I want to tell my dad that I love him. I've always been a daddy's girl and I wouldn't have it any other way. He has such a tender heart and is so caring. He also is the best grandpa too.

In other news this week..... TRAY PEED ON THE POTTY!!!!!

I have never been so excited for pee before, but let me tell you about my happy dance. You would have thought I was going to Las Vegas for SYTYCD. He's so funny too. He will pee a little and then get a treat, and then pee some more so he can have another treat. We are still far from not wearing diapers, but at least it's a start.

And here is Kinlee in her swimsuit.

And the Culprit it.....

Tray had his appointment today with the ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) doctor. The doctor had him sit on my lap and he looked up his nose and started pulling out crusties and something blue. Then he said we needed to move to the operating room. We put Tray down on a table and it took 3 of us to hold him still. The doctor used a little suction tool and soon enough out came a piece of blue foam the size of a quarter!!!! I about died! No wonder he had such a boogery nose all the time. The doctor also looked at his ears and said that he needed to see him again in a month to check his ears again and to look at his throat. I hope that Tray has learned his lesson about putting things up his nose.

Doctor, Doctor give me the news

Yesterday I took both kids to the pediatrician. Kinlee had her 4 month check-up, and Tray was complaining about his ears and he needed his nose checked for his habit.

Kinlee is growing so fast! The doctor was in love with her. He just sat her on the table and talked and played with her.

Her stats-

Weight - 15lbs 15 oz - 87%

Height - 25.5 inches - 85%

Head - 42.1 cm - 74%

Tray has another ear infection. And the doctor could only see mucus up his nose. But I told him about his horrible breath and other things and he suggested that I take him to the Ear, Nose, & Throat doctor. He has an appointment Monday for that. I know that going there is going to be a traumatic experience for us, but I hope that if there is something up there, they are able to get it out.

>-< I'm going bald >-<

Ok...I'm not really going bald, but my child is making me pull my hair out by the fistfuls. Most days he doesn't even make it an hour from waking up until his first timeout. I was telling my mom the other day about all the things that Tray does and she reminded me that I need to write them down because eventually I will find them funny.

Fancy Shoes -Travis's aunt gave me some church shoes that her boy had grown out of. These are Tray's FAVORITE shoes. He wears them from the time he wakes up until I go into his room and take them off while he is asleep. He has even been caught wearing just shoes and nothing else. He will not wear any other shoe. If I want him to wear anything else I have to hide his "fancy shoes".

Pajamas- My mom gave Tray these pjs one day because he got dirty at her house and he didn't have anything else to wear. Today he had on some different pjs and he found these in the dryer and immediately stripped down and put these on. He loves that they have a basketball on them.

Diapers- Tray isn't potty trained and isn't anywhere to being close. He throws a fit at the mention of the word potty. But every night I have to go in his room and check on him. The past 3 nights I have found a naked-bottom boy sleeping in his bed. In fact one time he had doodoo in there and it got on my comforter which is too big to wash in my machine.

Foreign Objects- For the past few months (I think since February or March) I have had a huge problem with Tray shoving things up his nose. He has had earplug pieces, foam, popcorn kernel, magnets, and his favorite.. chewed up pieces of paper. He has been to the doctor once and that was one of the worst experiences with him so far. They had to strap him to the Papoose to even look in his nose and even then, they had to hold him down because he was thrashing around. At this very moment I KNOW he has stuff up there and it's been up there for a while. I looked the other day while he was sleeping and I saw paper and something bright orange. I tried to sneak my tweezers in there but he felt it and threw a fit. I'm struggling with a solution to this. If I take him to the doctor I'm pretty sure they will have to sedate him to even look up there. Any advice for this problem is greatly appreciated.

Other Random Stories- Just a few more "Funny" stories. Tray snuck a pudding pack from the fridge and ate it with his fingers on my bed. While I was feeding Kinlee, he opened the over door to climb on the stove to eat some watermelon. The other morning he took a banana and smashed it with his feet into my newly cleaned carpet.

With all the struggles that I have with Tray everyday he always tells me he loves me and does some of the cutest things with Kinlee. He is really into playing with cars lately and loves to name them after family members. I love when we go on walks and he holds my hand. He really is the sweetest boy and I love him so much. I couldn't imagine my life without him.

Out of Pocket

I knew that having a baby would max out our insurance deductible and the kids have needed their tonsils out for a while so this was the year...
