Happy Birthday Princess!!!

My baby girl is 3!!!!

My mom still had some presents to give Kinlee that she didn't bring to the big party so I decided to have my family over for dinner. We had yummy chicken tacos/burritos/salads. And no family gathering is complete without a little Wii. We didn't play any dance games because some of the men in our family are party poopers.
I was so sick of cake by the time Kinlee's birthday came around that I decided to make cupcakes that would hopefully not last as long as cake. Kinlee was so excited to have pink and purple frosting and she even helped put the sprinkles on.
She was so proud of her cupcakes. She made everyone come and see them in the fridge when the first walked in the door.

 Singing Happy Birthday!

Opening her presents. She got a My Little Pony airplane, Pinkalicious books, (I really love the way she says Pinkalicious, it sounds like pink licorice) clothes, Tangled playset, and lots of other fun things!

My brother gets the funniest birthday presents!!! He went to Wal-mart the night before and picked up these lovely things. A paint roller that he drew a face on. A Styrofoam cube that he made into a dice that has the funniest pictures on it. We tried to make a game out of it but the kids got bored of it pretty fast. And the highlight of the night..... he gave both of my kids their very own LIGHTERS!!!!! I about peed laughing when the kids opened those. I love Kinlee's face in this picture. I just says to me "Look at all this crap my Uncle gave me. What am I supposed to do with it?" I can't wait until he has kids!!!

We sure love having Kinlee in our family. She is such a drama queen and it makes me laugh most of the time. My favorite thing is when she tells me a big elaborate plan she has and when she's done she says "is that a great idea mom?" She is Tray's little shadow. Anything that Tray is doing or saying she has to do the same thing. It's cute but can be dangerous at times. She's a great helper and loves to be in the kitchen with me cooking and cleaning. She is so smart. She recognizes her numbers up to 12, knows her colors, is starting to recognize letters, and is learning to spell her name. She loves to draw and color, and loves to dress up.
Happy Birthday Miss Kinlee. We love you so much!!!!

Out of Pocket

I knew that having a baby would max out our insurance deductible and the kids have needed their tonsils out for a while so this was the year...
