A Week in Review
What a crazy week! I'm sure everyone had the holiday bustle going on in their lives!
We started our crazy week Thursday. We were supposed to go to the airport to pickup my sister from New York, but it was snowing so bad that we didn't dare drive down. So we met my family in Brigham at Hunan Village for a homecoming dinner! We laughed so hard at everyone, it was so much fun!
Friday my sisters and my mom and I got up early and headed down to SLC to be in the audience of Good Things Utah. We got so much free stuff and I even got some camera time because of my birthday. We went to eat and shopping after. It was a great girls day out!
Saturday we went to Grandma Bronson's Christmas party. It was nice to see our cousins again! We ate, played games and enjoyed everyone's company.
Sunday we went to my mom and dad's for dinner. I ended up opening my birthday presents that night too. I got a dang cute new purse and some lotion and a new shirt and crib bedding for the new baby. We stayed until 11 pm playing games and having a good time.
Monday was my birthday and Travis made me breakfast. We then headed down to Brigham for the Lund Christmas party. It snowed so bad on our way there. Travis couldn't resist getting in a snowball fight with all the cousins and of course Tray had to join in too! I didn't have any gloves for him so he has a pair of socks on his hands!
Tuesday morning we went to my parent's house to open presents and have breakfast. Travis's dad came over later in the afternoon. We then headed down to Brigham to my mom's family party. It was a fun night of playing games and eating until we were sick!
I am so grateful for the Christmas season and for all the time that I get to spend with family members!
Only 5 more weeks until my baby comes!!! Last time I went to the doctor she was still laying sideways. Her head was on the right and her bum on the left. I think she finally found her way to the correct position now because I finally seem to have an appetite. I will keep you posted on her coming! I go to the doctor again in 2 weeks. Hopefully we will be able to schedule her birthday then.
I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday!

Deep in Thought
Tonight at dinner, Tray suddenly scratched his cheek, said "Hmmmm," and then held up his finger and said "I know!" Don't ask me where he learned how to show he was thinking but it made me laugh and I just had to share it! He also is showing his prayer talent in the video. Don't worry, he doesn't do that at church or when we are really saying the prayer. Only when we are in the middle of dinner or he is playing around! What a funny boy we have!

Updates on a not so updatable life!
We also got a family picture taken at the party, but we haven't gotten those back yet. I'm sure I look Chinese because I squint my eyes!
Tray has been keeping me busy while I stay at home. We had a finger painting incident yesterday and now he is under careful watch! He also enjoys playing in the Christmas Tree. He thinks he needs to give the ornaments a high-five and turn the lights on and off a billion times. Oh his hair also grew in so he doesn't look so bald! (Ok so in this picture he does)
As for me... I am working one day a week and I love it! I love being home with Tray and actually accomplishing tasks around the house! I am feeling extremely pregnant now! I have less than 2 months left and it's making me have anxiety! I've only gained 5 pounds so far, but I sure do have a big belly! I still haven't chosen a name for my girl. I change my mind everyday. My mom calls about once a week to give me her new list of names! It makes me laugh. It always comes between Kamryn and Karsyn, and sometimes Kinlee. (Let me know what you think) I think she will get her name when she gets her....I hope anyways!
Well I hope everyone is preparing for a wonderful Christmas! Happy Holidays everyone! Love the Lunds!
(Can this count as our family Christmas Card?)

I am bored
1. I am addicted to blogspot. I spend hours just looking at other people's blogs. I start on my page and click on one of my favorites and then go from there. I mostly read about people that I know, but I'm sure they don't know me. I also read about people I don't know, those one's don't interest me as much though. But it's just so exciting to read about everyone's families and what they are doing.
2. I use a shower cap. I feel like I'm from the sixties or something, but I hate washing my hair. (This may be gross to you) I only wash my hair twice a week. And the past year I have been leaning towards showers instead of baths. So when we went on vacation and there was a shower cap in our room I took it home and used it until the elastic broke. I then went and purchased my own quality cap. I love it! I love not waiting for the water to fill up... and I love not having to blow dry my hair and have a bad hair day everyday!!
3. I am addicted to candy. I know a lot of people are but my obsession goes as far as to hide it from Travis so I can have it all to myself. In fact I just finished savoring a HUGE (1/2 pound) bar of chocolate that I hid in the freezer and enjoyed over the course of 2 weeks. I know it sounds petty to hide it from Travis but it's more fun to eat it that way because it feels like it's forbidden! I have stashes all over the house and in the car.
4. I have to have the bed made! Even if we are about to go to sleep and the bed didn't get made that day.. I will make it. I hate when the covers are all tangled and I can't find the edge of the sheets. It just makes me so frustrated. I've even woke up in the middle of the night to fix the sheets because I couldn't sleep.
5. Christmas is not my favorite holiday. Don't get me wrong it's at the top.. but I don't know if it's because of my birthday being so close to Christmas or what.. but Halloween tops my list. I love being able to dress up and be something else for a day. Don't worry I still listen to Christmas music as soon as it's on the radio.
6. I am a hoarder. I just watched Oprah today on hoarding and I thought to myself.. I could totally see myself in that situation. I try to have a clean out day twice a year and being pregnant helps alot when I am in the nesting mode. But I have saved things like class notes from 8th grade to 12th grade, magazines for years, every note that a friend has written me, young women's handouts, stupid things that I thought I would like to look back at, but haven't once. I did purge most of them, but it takes me hours to do a clean out because I have to read every single piece of paper that I pick up.
7. I hate talking on the phone. I remember being in elementary school and I wanted to call my bestfriend and I just couldn't bring myself to pick up the phone to call her. I was terrified. I am still that way. It takes a lot for me to call people. If someone leaves a message and wants me to call them back.... unless I am totally comfortable with that person.... I won't call them back. I don't know why this is. Even at work, my boss will ask me to call someone about something and I wait until the very last second to do it because I just have this huge anxiety about it. The funny thing about it is that I was a telemarketer. Go figure.
Well I hope you enjoyed my 7 things. I will go ahead and tag some people. Jayme, Megan, Mandi Wight, & Kalli-
Have a great day!!! (Or night)

Happy Haunting!! (And other pictures)
Halloween was pretty fun too. Once Tray understood the concept of getting candy he enjoyed it way too much. He even enjoyed handing out candy to the other trick-or-treaters. It was cute!

Turtles, Indians, & A Dead Deer
Turtle or Indian
I think I'm going with the turtle because it's a little big but that means I have plenty of room to layer for the cold weather. Plus he looks so darn cute in it!!!! *note* interesting thing about the turtle costume... it's almost 15 years old. It was Kelton's when he was a little boy and has been pasted down from there. Grandma has the best costume box ever!!!!
On the opening morning of the deer hunt Travis shot this trophy
He is ordering a mounting kit so I get to have a deer skull hanging on my wall. Yipee!!!!(If you caught my sarcasm good for you!)
Update on our shopping challenge. We made it to Thursday. Yeah we only went 4 days without going to the store. I had to get Travis his groceries for the hunt because he couldn't live on noodles for a whole week and he was in charge of 2 dinners for all the camp. But this experience has opened my eyes a whole lot. It inspired me to go to the cannery and get some food storage started. I don't know how long we can live on hot chocolate and dried milk... but it's a start. Well I did get some onions, flour, oats, sugar, & rice. I also plan to go again to get some macaroni and other things. We also purchased us a freezer... now I know it's useless in a power outage but at least we have the space now to get more frozen goods. I plan on getting some Rhodes dough since I haven't a clue on how to make bread. We have a long ways to go before we even have a 3 month supply but at least we have something.
I started my 3 day weeks at work this week!!! I am so excited to finally be closer to staying home all the time (well 4 weekdays)! I've already started some projects that I hope to have finished before Kamryn gets here. I am planning on painting some stipes in the laundry room tonight. I will let you know how that turns out.
My first Tag!!!!!
I have been tagged by the Richards on my life then and now.
THEN: When I was younger, my favorite clothes were: I liked LEI pants and really any shirt that was cute. Wasn't really into name brands just nothing that came from Kmart.
NOW: Feel Good Fashion and anything I can sqeeze myself into and not look like a circus tent. I also love Old Navy maternity clothes but the quality kinda sucks.
THEN: When I was younger, my favorite TV shows were: The entire TGIF line up!!!! Especially Full House. I still cry on some of the episodes.
NOW: CSI, House, & King of Queens, & So you think you can dance. I seriously plan my week around those shows!!!
THEN: When I was little, my favorite music artists were: MJ, Moonpools, Jewel, and Alanis Morrisette
NOW: I like pretty much anything. I love classic rock, especially the women from that era.
THEN: My favorite food was: CANDY!
NOW: CANDY! (That's the only thing I "crave")
THEN: I was afraid of: Burglars, my house catching on fire, & kidnappers.
NOW: Same thing, only magnified. And having Trav or Tray or Kam die. I seriously make myself cry thinking about that.
Jayme wanted to include our hubby's but Trav is doing man stuff and hunting so I will have to post his later.

Weekend Sickness
In other news... our bishop gave us a challenge on Sunday to not go to the store for 2 weeks and to live off our food storage. Well my food storage consists of a case of roman noodles and corn. I didn't make it to the grocery store last week so we are out of milk, eggs, bread, and meat. This challenge has brought a little tension between Trav and I. I feel like I shouldn't have to sacrifice my health (pregnancy) to live off of no groceries for two weeks. I hate roman noodles and I seriously suck at keeping my cupboards stocked. We could probably make it to Friday, but after that....no promises. Travis is also leaving on the deer hunt and it's my annual weekend to go to Hunan Village. But lesson learned.... if there really was a tragedy we would probably be the first to die of starvation. Too bad I missed the case lot sales. And we should probably invest in a freezer and get a beef so we can have some meat.
Well enough rambling.... I'm off to bed.

The suspense is killing you!!!
IT'S A GIRL!!!!!!!!!!
We are so excited. I think that Travis was more excited than I was. But we both had an idea that it was a girl the entire time. My mom about died when we told her though. She is the most excited.
Now I get to spend my saved money on clothes and all that fun girl stuff. I already bought a little outfit for the hospital for her. And I am already on the search for those huge headbands and all the cute accessories to go with the clothes.
Oh I guess I can reveal what two names we have narrowed down for her. She still doesn't have a middle name but we're working on it. Our #1 pick is Kamryn and our #2 pick is Karsyn. I think we will go with #1 though because it has more meaning because it's kinda like my name.
We've been trying to teach Tray that he is going to have a sister. He's really good at saying sissy but other than that I don't think he really understands what's going on. I guess we still have 4 months to teach him.

More Tray
This is Tray ready to go to church.
Tray and Trav have been getting ready for the deer hunt. We went for a drive this Sunday to look for some good bucks. Tray found it very fun to hold his own little binoculars and hang out the window spotting things.
This was Tray's new face he showed Trav and me tonight. We had to take turns making the face and wagging our tongue. It was funny and cute.
I have watched my cousin's girls a few times this month. This is Preslie and her and Tray enjoy dancing together. Tray is really cute with her when he tries to get her to stop crying and play with the toys. Good signs of being an awesome big brother.
In other news... only one week until the big ultrasound. I am getting excited to know the outcome of that. I have felt this baby moving a lot this past week and it brings the whole sense of being pregnant to reality.
I'm still working 3 days a week. I am really ready to just be a mommy, but I will take the extra income for as long as I can get it. Hopefully by the end of October I can stay at home all week.
I've been working on some Halloween decorations this week. I finished my witch's broom and my Happy Haunting hat. I thought I did a good job on them. Today Kent's had their pumpkins out. I got really excited and had to refrain from purchasing some. But I'm sure tomorrow I will make a purchase. It's close enough to October that I think I can get away with it.
Well until next post... which I am sure will be Monday night to reveal the big news of my baby!!!! Can't wait!!!!
Loves!

The End of a Decade
1. North Valley Catering - I worked here for 5 years I think. Not great pay- but it was a riot!!!
2. Stylish Designs- I started my Junior year of Highschool and that is where I work today. I did take a leave of absence for like 4 years.
3. Subway - Yes I was a sandwich artist. I only worked there for 6 or 7 months. I was working 4 jobs and this was the one I chose to drop.
4. Standard Examiner - I wrote for the teen section that came out on Mondays
5. K-mart - For the short time I lived in Provo - I spent 2 months of it working at this place. I hated it so bad that I just didn't show up to work one day and that was the end of that.
6. Convergys - For the last half of my Provo experience I sold cell phone to prequalified people. I sucked because they said I was too nice and not aggressive enough. Go figure.
7. Information Alliance - After a little incidenct with another job I was force to work in telemarketing again. This time I called businesses and did surveys. It wasn't that bad except for when you had to do a 45 minute survey with someone. And having Heidi there with me made the job bearable.
8. Envision Mortgage - I didn't do loans or anything like that - I just did the bookkeeping.
9. Munns Manufacturing- I worked here for almost 3 years. At first it was the best job I ever had... then it wasn't so much fun.
10. Feel Good Fashion/Stylish Designs - This is where my journey ends. I will still work a few hours a week - just for my sanity - but other than that, I am retired!!!! This is seriously the best job I ever had. I couldn't have worked for a better boss than I have right now.
I was going to try and find some pictures from some of my places of employment but the only one I think I have beside a tootsie roll smile from Munns... is one with a noodle up my nose at North Valley. If I find it I will post it just for a laugh.

Tray Now and Then
Wow, I guess it's good that I'm pregnant again because you forget how little these things start out. Not that Tray was ever little, but he was about 25 pounds lighter when he came out. It's so fun to see Tray grow. His favorite thing is 'ride' meaning the 4-wheeler. When we go to PaPa's house that's the first thing he does before he even gets in the house. Climb up on the 4-wheeler and waits for someone to take him on a ride. Kabrie had an old mini-wheeler - and at first Tray thought it was cool. But the funny thing is - he won't ride it to save his life. He won't even sit on it. But if you try to ride it - he tries to push you off. Go figure. Maybe next summer he will enjoy his own wheeler. Other things that Tray enjoys is bossing Daisy around. He makes sure that when we go downstairs that she is right behind him, and if she's not he pats his leg and calls for her. He also loves to feed her - mostly play in her bowl. He torments this poor dog until no end too... it's amazing that he hasn't been bit. But I think Daisy just likes the attention. Tray is getting so smart too. We started reading books and he loves to name everything on the page - he's pretty good at getting them right too. He picks out his own drink in the morning and he usually gets the milk out followed by the chocolate syrup. I think he's getting ready to potty train too. Although he usually tells me AFTER he goes - but at least it's a start. He knows what to do with the toilet paper too. That's hilarious. In the mornings he will climb on the closed toilet and sit, then rip some paper and wipe his bum and the climb off and flush the paper. Hilarious!!! Well enough proud parent stories!! Until tomorrow night when I'm extremely bored.
